4 Conduct two hours of employee education per year. (Drugs Don't Work will offer several training options to meet certification requirements.)
5 Provide a counseling referral list or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
6 Complete the application for certification and send it to the State Board of Workers' Compensation.
